C.E.O., Director of Advertising and Marketing
Kevin Bryant is Founder and CEO of Conversions Global Marketing, LLC. He oversees the creative direction of every project in addition to managing and authorizing budgets, business agreements, and competitive bidding for sub-contracting.
Mr. Bryant has 15+ years experience managing successful marketing projects, and is one of the foremost branding, advertising and marketing experts in the United States.
As the CEO/Owner of Inkosi Advertising, Mr. Bryant oversaw $10 million in projects and founded an international promotions company “Inkosi Promotions” that specialized in charitable events, boxing and martial arts. Well regarded for his business success and acumen, in 2012, Kevin Bryant was named St. Louis’ Neighborhood Business of the Year by Mayor Francis G. Slay. Most recently, Kevin was appointed to serve as President of the Kingsway Merchants Association, overseeing Kingsway District, the multi-million dollar business and community development located in the heart of St. Louis’ Central-West End.
Mr. Bryant's client roster includes Monsanto Company, Grace Hill Health Centers, Inc., Lambert St. Louis International Airport, Harris Stowe State University, Anheuser-Busch, Family & Workforce Centers of America, and dozens more top companies, celebrities, nonprofits, municipalities, and corporations.
Professionally, Mr. Bryant also has experience as a manager, director, event planner, and community outreach specialist. He holds a B.A. in advertising from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and has taught graphic design at the St. Louis Community College – Florissant Valley.
Steven
Conley
Promotions and Events Specialist
Steven Conley oversees the production of special promotions and events for marketing campaigns. As founder & CEO of Triumph In Motion, Inc., an outdoor and non-profit event company, he boasts 24 years experience developing, marketing, and promoting large-scale productions internationally.
Conley has been instrumental in record-breaking events including one of the world's largest A.I.D.S. awareness concerts – the 2002 Celebrate Life in Nairobi Kenya, in addition to the largest veterans’ benefits expo in U.S. history – the Supermarket of Veterans Benefits in Chicago, Ill. – which raised $7 million. Conley prides himself in creating innovative solutions that meet budget specifications and eliminate potential roadblocks.
Eric
Clark
Marketing, Media, and PR Coordinator
Eric Clark co-directs marketing strategy and implementation with an emphasis on media and PR. He brings 25 years of experience developing winning PR strategies for major corporations.
As a former Senior Account Executive in the Marketing Communications division of Fleishman-Hilliard, Clark managed accounts for Procter & Gamble, UPS, Kodak, Coca-Cola, American Idol, McDonald’s, Aramark, and the National Investment Corp. Clark has also held public relations management positions with SSM St. Mary's Health Center, Grace Hill Health Centers, Inc., and the YWCA of Metropolitan St. Louis.
A veteran reporter, Clark has worked for the Belleville News Democrat, San Diego Union-Tribune and the St. Louis American, where he served as managing editor. Clark earned his bachelor's in mass communications/journalism from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.

Forest
Account Manager
Candra Forest is a results oriented, dedicated professional with excellent communication skills. Her strong educational background in Human Resources and Business Administration makes her a very effective asset for Conversions as a communicator for both the client and the marketing staff. Her previous experience working in a diverse market gives her a clear understanding of the internal as well as external goals of non-profits, Labor Unions, and entertainment companies as well. Her ability to see the ‘big picture’, gives her an edge when it comes to the process and analyzing information and setting effective priorities to achieve immediate and long term goals in order to meet operational deadlines. Both her graduate and undergraduate degrees were earned at Webster University.
Wafeeq
Rauf
Video Producer, Multimedia Director
Wafeeq Rauf is responsible for creating video ads and co-directing marketing projects. He has produced and directed dozens of commercials for top clients such as NIFL National Indoor Football league, The Make A Wish Foundation, The Urban League, NAACP, Miami Dade School Board, St. Louis School Board, and Comcast. An accomplished event producer, as well, Wafeeq has helped produce several concerts featuring Kool & The Gang, 3rd World, Ziggy Marley, and Beenie Man. On a global scale, Wafeeq works as a consultant for Moments Entertainment, an entertainment company based out of Gauteng, South Africa.
